Photo Tour Registration Info


Below are the details for the 1-day photo tour registrations. You have the option to pay by credit card, check, or cash.

To pay by Credit Card:

You can book your photo tour online by selecting the “Book online now!” button. There will be 6% fee added by the booking company. You’ll receive a confirmation email.

To pay by Cash or Check:

If you’d like to pay by cash or check, without the 6% booking fee, contact me. I will email you a registration form.

Once your payment has been received I will run your reservation manually through the booking site and a confirmation email will be sent to you.

No checks accepted less than two weeks prior to your tour.

Cancellation Policy:

(Note: the cancellation policy for Private Tours, The Great Schooner Race, 6-day Vinalhaven Island Workshop, and the  9-Day Fall Foliage Workshop are different than this one. Please see individual pages for that info.)

I will give a complete refund in the event that I need to cancel a tour for any reasons. If you need to cancel and do so with 48 hours or more notice from the date and time of your tour you will receive a full refund. If you cancel in less than 48 hours from your tour date and time a 50% refund of your tour fee will be given.

In case of severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances that warrants a consideration of a change, I reserve the right to first make modifications to your tour rather than cancel it. Possibilities may include shifting the times, changing locations, or changing the date. In the event of a date change, a full refund will be granted to those who are then unavailable. Your comfort, safety, and satisfaction are of the utmost importance.
