As you journey through the region on our daily scenic  excursions there will be other photo opportunities with meandering streams, stunning river valleys, impressive mountain vistas, gorges, farms, quaint New England villages, night sky, and possibly some wildlife. This area is on the eastern edge of the White Mountains and is rich in geographical beauty with the Mahoosuc Mountain Range, Grafton Notch, Maine Public Reserve Lands, and the Androscoggin River Valley.

Most of the waterfalls that you will visit have easy accessibility with only a couple that require a hike in. The longest being about 1-mile. Once you receive more detail information, participants can choose whether or not to engage in certain activities, however, none of the waterfalls hikes are highly difficult. They are all rated as easy to moderate.

There will be free-time planned into the schedule; explore or return to shooting locations on your own or; perhaps a drive into the town of Bethel to walk the national historic district, visit the Maine Mineral & Gem Museum or the Bethel Historical Society Museum, peruse the Maine-made craft shops, art galleries, and antique shops, or go apple picking, or drive over to Mt. Washington, or if a little rest is called for, spend some spa time at the lodge.
